SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 - COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.



SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 9 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

GENERAL

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & Paypal through our online store. Please note, all prices are listed in USD.

May I use images of the cards?

Absolutely! I love to see Dust II Onyx across the web. Please tag (@dust2onyxtarot or #dust2onyxtarot) so I can stay connected and share on the Dust II Onyx wall. Thank you for spreading the love and magic!

*PLEASE NOTE: If you'd like to use the cards in an online or print publication, editorial, book, or to promote your brand you must receive express consent and license to do so. Please email courtney@dust2onyx.com with any licensing requests.

CAN I USE IMAGES OF THE CARDS ON MY WEBSITE?

As long as the images are not used in a way that does NOT insinuates brand or business partnership and you provide appropriate attribution—providing the name of the deck in use along with a link to www.dust2onyx.com in clear reference to any photos where the cards appear on your website—you are welcome to share images of the cards on your website. If the cards appear throughout your site (in a website banner or site background, for example), you may place credit for the card images and link to www.dust2onyx.com in your website footer (i.e., "Card images courtesy of Dust II Onyx") or as a caption.

CAN I USE IMAGES OF THE CARDS FOR OTHER PURPOSES?

Can you help me interpret my cards?

Due to the high volume of emails, I am not available for personalized interpretations of spreads or cards. The Dust II Onyx Vade Mecum has an extensive amount of information regarding my personal inspiration behind the artwork. Otherwise I recommend meditating on what the meaning is for you, building trust in your own intuition. There is no"perfect" or "right" answer when it comes to divination.

SHIPPING

Do you ship outside of the U.S?

Yes! Please note that when ordering, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance will be your responsibility. Unfortunately, I don't have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

I WILL NOT SHIP AS A GIFT. Requesting me to do so is asking me to commit fraud which has the level of fines myself nor you would ever want to pay.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We are not able to honor exchanges at this time, though you may return unopened items (still in the shrink wrap) in their original condition and order a different item at a subsequent time.

What is your returns policy?

Dust II Onyx does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email customercare@dust2onyx.com with details of the product and the defect. You may send the item you consider defective to: 3724 Vineland Rd Unit 3, Orlando, FL 32811. Upon receipt of the returned product, I will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, I will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

What if my deck is damaged during shipping?

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and/or postal service. I'm NOT liable for any errors made by these services, but I'm always happy to do everything in my power to work with you and the postal system to correct orders. Once you have received your order, please open it with care. I cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your package. I'm also not responsible for damages due to accident or negligence (i.e. you ran over it in the driveway, your dog took a bite, your asshole of a cat knocked a glass of water on it, etc.) Please contact me within 72 hours of package arrival at info@dust2onyx.com or call me at (813) 444-8549 to file a damage claim. (Please take clear photos of the package and item). Also, file a damage claim with your mail carrier. Depending on the circumstances, I will do my best to replace your item or refund your order.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Dust II Onyx is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please email me info@dust2onyx.com as soon as you place your order, if you have special accommodations you'd like me to make to ensure safe delivery of your item(s).

When do decks ship?

Your tarot decks will ship out of a distribution center in Orlando, FL within 48 hours of placing your order.

Why hasn't my guidebook or journal shipped?

The Dust II Onyx Vade Mecum journals and guidebooks ship separately. They are printed at the time of your order.

What are the production timeline on merch?`

Merchandise enters production after the 12 hour cancellation period. Production is Monday to Friday and does not include weekends and any Canadian holidays. All production and shipping times are in business days.

Please add the expected shipping time to the production time to know approximately when your product will arrive.

Books (5-8 days)

US orders ship with Fedex priority (depending on package size) with tracking. Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped.
US ship-outs occur on 3 times a week Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday.

Canadian Orders ship with Canada Post Expedited with tracking and can be upgraded to UPS or XpressPost if needed. Small packages like single notebooks or device cases ship with a stamp. Orders for Canadian customers normally take 2-8 business days to arrive. Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days. Shipping to Ontario is usually 1-2 days. Remote locations can take up to 15-20 days.

International orders are shipped out 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. International orders may be subject to additional fees such as duties or taxes. Please check the import rules of the country your order is going to for more information. Please note we cannot artificially reduce the value of orders.International orders generally take 10-21 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country. We have seen international shipments take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. Some countries hold packages at the local post office until inquired for.
