I love the artwork and connection to culture displayed in this card deck!
Though I do not believe in divination, the artwork on these cards is fascinating. The cards for me are reflective as I am an older African American female and they remind me of Biblical stories and relatives and friends from my childhood. Then there is the extra added feature for me when the artist embeds flowers, jewels, and other beings into the head and hearts of her drawings. These cards are a work of art.
I love my cards, they are of amazing quality, such detail and creativity. With each reading I learn more and even see more into each cards intricate artwork purposefully embedded within the picture eluding to more deeper messages. I am truly thankful to Courtney for this melanated deck as it has allowed me to feel a closer connection to my ancestors and their guiding light. I love this deck it’s very clear with the answers you need it help you in the right direction love the book I normally don’t use guide books but this digital download is awesome wish I had the actual book it’s a must read it is so powerful love the quotes added for extra boost
